-Water Purification System
Our building is equipped with two 82 cubic meter cisterns and a purification system that consists of a three step process which efficiently filters water through a deep-bed, active carbon water softening system. This water filtering system provides not only excellent potable (drinking) water but also a softer feel on the skin, reduces water spotting on glass shower doors/walls and faucets and prevents the formation of calcium deposits in appliances such as shower heads and refrigerator water dispensers
-Solar Heated Pool
We have significantly reduced the cost of the HOA dues by installing a state-of-the-art solar heating system to heat our luxury swimming pool year round. At our previous projects, where a gas heating system was in place, we were in the practice of turning off the heating system during the summer months discovering a 75% reduction in gas consumption for the entire building. This project’s innovative and environmentally friendly solar heating system will further reduce HOA dues. We still have the gas heating system for backup heat during the cold season.
-Saltwater Pool Cleansing System
We have opted for a saltwater pool cleansing system that has the capability of producing natural chlorine – as opposed to the store-bought chemical. The natural chlorine produced from the cleaning process is known to have a positive pH balance and is gentle and non-irritating to the skin and eyes.
-Best Quality Finish
All doors and cabinets are custom made of a solid Peruvian cedar called “Tornillo.” Not only is the Peruvian cedar a handsome look it is also resistant to wood eating bugs and has a solid composition. All of the hardware for the cabinets and drawers are Hettich brand. The German made Hettich brand exhibits outstanding adjustment techniques and hinges that are integrated with damping – an enhancement resulting in a smooth, cushioned and quiet closure. We have instilled Hans Grohe faucets and showers finishes, marble bath counter tops and showers, granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and PVC windows with tinted glass throughout the unit. In addition all bedrooms are equipped with remote control ceiling fans.
We offer 24-hour guard service, secure elevator systems and sensor lighting in the common areas to secure the safety of our residents and their belongings. We also offer on-site building and HOA administration.
Our construction team is led by 6 engineers and architects who are onsite everyday and possess no less than 15 years individual experience. These experts and the project manager are supervising all aspect of the construction process including plumbing and electrical installations and topographical layout.
We utilize a flooring system by Novidesa, a company which utilizes the internationally recognized, green-building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council MAKROS. This system offers insulated subfloor panels built with the most efficient materials as well as superior sound resistance, structural strength, thermal insulation and weather resistance.

For one year after closing our bi-lingual Warranty Team ensures there is no communication barrier, prompt attention to concerns and requests and follow-up consultations to guarantee customer satisfaction. In addition to our one-year warranty, all appliances and air conditioning units come with a separate manufacturer’s extended warranty.
We have installed LG’s newest offering to the A/C market - “The LG Inverter V” in all our units, the lowest sound-emitting system in the world.
